Rappaport was kind enough to post about putting a ticker in your post. I am not wanting to do that right now but I would like to do the BMI and weight and schedule. I thought I was doing it correctly but I guess not because it didn't show up.

Does someone have the time to post what I need to click on in the profile section. I used Edit signature. Must not have done something right.

Do you mean a ticker like mines? if so just go here and create one then right click on your mouse and save it to your computer. Make sure to save it to some place you will remember like pictures. Then goto my account > edit signature > browse > find it in pictures > then hit upload then > hit insert signature picture. done

Yes, that kind of ticker. I haven't decided if I want to mess with updating one all the time. Maybe shortly before I have the surgery. Thanks

I normally only update mine once a week, on weigh in day (Mondays for most of us, lol)

Unfortunately, my scale is MIA so I haven't updated mine in several weeks now. I wonder how close I am to Onederland?! lol
