Lightbulb Anyone else not have a doctor's goal?

I just realized this from looking at other member's siggies. I wasn't given a doctor's goal. I wonder why. I'll have to ask next time I see him.

Anyone else not given a goal?

I was given a goal...just not a goal weight. I am just going to go where my body wants and then stop when it's ready.

Default No goal here

I was never given a number goal either in terms of what weight to shoot for. My surgeon just said that I would lose weight to the point where I was within the 'normal range' so that I would be more healthy.

I saw my surgeon recently for my one year appointment and he was ecstatic with my weightloss so I must be doing something right, come to think of it I have to change my signature cause my weight is down again.

Hugs, Kimberly

I wasn't given a goal weight either. And I don't know whether my goal weight should be BEFORE or AFTER all the extra skin is taken off. How much could it weigh, anyway?

I felt my healthiest when I weighed 125 pounds - about 30 years ago. I want to get at least close to that.

I wasn't given a number goal either. I chose my own goal and sometimes it is 125 and sometimes I change it to 135. I just want a "normal" BMI really!
