Unhappy Now my dog is in the hospital...

I've been out of the hospital for two weeks now and have managed to keep myself well hydrated. This morning my baby Princess is sick. She won't eat or drink or play. That's all she ever does! but now she won't! She is too tired to walk, and too tired to jump. I took her to the vet, and he's keeping her overnight because she's dehydrated! Sound familiar? And there is a possible infection so they need to run blood tests. I just feel so bad. She's a very shy little dog, and she is my baby. She spends every hour of the day with me, and she hates it when I'm gone. She should get to come home tomorrow. I just hope the IV doesn't hurt her like it does me. I took this picture this morning before we left.

Oh no, not the pup! I hate when Baby gets sick. She's so pitiful and can't take care of herself. I'm praying for a speedy recovery!

Oh Laura!
Another blow for you! Doggy prayers certainly on their way - may she get better real soon, you can comfort each other thankfully. Usually dogs empathise with their master, so lack of hydration?! Clever dog in one way!
Love the photos - looking forward to more when she is feeling better.
Hugs,
Vim

Laura, you and your baby are in my thoughts ... I'm sitting here with my baby, Roxy and I told her to send some happy vibes ... she's looking at me wagging her tail!!!

I know you'll have her wrapped in your arms before you know it!

Love you!

My 4 dogs send all of the woofs and pants of good luck to your pretty Princess. I hope all is well soon! Hopefully having TT there will help her get better soon!

What does your dog look like? Olivia was almost named Roxy but we needed a name that started with an O. We called her Roxy for a few days until we found the right name.

The vet called and said her tests are all normal. She's just dehydrated. I know what that's like. She'll be coming home tomorrow!!!
