Default My last new fat clothes!

I am a good 4 to 5 months from surgery but I just bought what I figure is the last of my super big clothes. I bought 3 4x tank tops and a cotton housecoat to wear in the hospital. Everything else I wear will have to do. I am never buying a 4x again. Fat clothes be gone!

Good for you Cora!

There is NOTHING better after the surgery than having to throw out all of those big clothes and buy new, smaller ones! (Preferably at a thrift store...you'll go through clothes lightning fast!) It was very cathartic for me and I clean out my closet every couple of months now. I don't want to save anything (except for one pair of pants and one shirt as a reminder...) because I don't want any excuse whatsoever to venture back in that direction.

We talk about WOW moments all the time for our post-oppers. And here, you're having a pre-op WOW moment! Feels good, doesn't it?

Good luck!

Default I hear ya...

I feel like I'm taking my pre-op honeymoon period a little too easily and NOTHING of mine fits....but I was fighting how much I weighed before anyway and nothing was fitting...So, I need to make one last trip to Target/Super-WalMart and buy some "I'm in HIDING waiting for Gastric Bypass" clothes...LOL.

I wish it weren't summer, I have a gang of sweaters I could be hiding in.
