I've lost the equivelant of many of my coworkers.. one girl is 95 lbs.. I say I've lost "a Tiffany".. these ladies are a tiny bunch. When they ask how much I've lost, I sometimes feel embarrassed knowing they don't weight as much as I needed to lose.

Cari.. it really does feel pretty good!

I have barely been able to eat the last two days as the very thought of food makes me feel nauseated.. I've forced myself to eat what I can, but it hasn't been enough.

Weird feeling, as I used to be a stress eater. I wonder how the extreme low calories are going to affect things.... hmmm should make a new post asking something about that.

Anyway.. thanks

I was a stress eater too! I am now like you, I get nauseated and don't want to eat when I get stressed out now. It is sooo strange how things change. But before I was never a snacker, and now I feel like I snack too much. I have been keeping a journal of all the things I eat to force me not to snack. Which is working out well because I got on the scale today (yes yes yes I know I am going agaisnt our code) because I am sooooo close to onederland and I am already down 2 lbs this week to 204. I want to be to onederland before I go back to school, and I need to shrink some to get into the pants that i bought back in July when they were on sale. I am in a 16 now, but all my pants are a 14. They "fit", They just have a muffin top, and I don't like the muffins!! lol
