for resturants that you can order either from childrens menu or smaller portions. I thought that was pretty cool. I hope I can post the link here without getting into trouble.

The RN at my surgeon's office gave me a nice laminated card, similar to that.

I haven't eaten out much yet, but have learned that some places will honor it, and some won't. For example, our local Chinese buffet will let me pay the kid's price, but the local Golden Corral buffet won't honor it at all.

And before someone jumps on my case about Chinese food...there's plenty of healthy food to eat at the Chinese buffet. It just took me 37+ years to find those items!
