i've been to the gym every day this week.....last night i did water aerobics....tonight i'm going too because tomorrow night is happy hour night....lol, gotta work for something right?


On a different subject....for the first time ever, i spent $40 and bought some crest whitening strips system.....it's a 10 day treatment.....lol, holy shit my teeth hurt this morning.....lol, but at least i'll glow in the dark.....right?

The whole teeth whitening thing reminds me of that episode of Friends when Ross whitened his teeth and did glow in the dark. I just envisioned you doing that Tricia and I giggled out loud at work. Oh and kudos on working out everyday this week. Great job!!!! Keep it up

i hate to say this my 15 year old buys those all the time and now she has really sensative teeth. The dentist said that those things weaken something and they become sensative but YEAH they really do work, my daughter "glows in the dark"

And good for you on the gym! watch you get to that goal real fast now. What kind of gym is it?
