lol, I renewed my membership at 24-hour fitness that i cancelled a year ago......then i worked out for 1 1/2 hours......lol, it felt good

awwww....thanks jerry. I quit a year ago when I decided to start the process. Only because I was so big, I was embarrassed and also that it was just hard to find the time....but now that i have a new job 2 miles from the house and 1/2 mile from the gym....it's easy to get there.....before i was spending so much time to and from work that i just couldn't do it.....i'm excited to see how it goes!!!! Thanks again for the encouragement!!! I means a lot.
