Well, I was down two pounds this week from last Monday.. but I'd updated mine when I hit my half-way point on Thursday and I'm holding steady on that right now. (226)

Well, I am up a pound from last week. I am beginning to see a pattern here.
It seems I will lose for 2 weeks and stall for a week and then gain a pound. I am ok with that because I am still losing. I really need to get a tape measure out and see if I lose inches when I am not losing weight.

I have a pattern too! It helps when we it has been long enough to see a pattern. Then you can see that you are steadily losing and not be upset with the fluctuating. Any loss over time is good, right? For me, I lose about 3-4 lbs for 2 weeks and then only net 2 lbs for the next weeks. That is because I gain and stall during that 2 weeks because of my monthly. Lovely! But still a net loss so it's ok with me.
