Yeah it does feel good ,but I am still not used to it. Honestly it makes me uncomfortable because I never really know what to say. Tell Jon to thanks but trust me there is still more that needs to come off. Thanks again Kim.

Well I am at 237 down 1 pound from last week.... 1 is better than 0 I guess.. I did have a wow moment though I went to a Bike night with my friends and when we went to go in the guy looked at my ID and then looked at me and was like is this YOU ??? I was like yeah.... 64 pounds ago.... he said well you look good now girl...LOL

Great job everybody! I'm at 210 today. Down 4 lbs from last week.
Amanda, something like that happened to me too. The cashier took a double take when she looked at my DL.

I really honestly believe everyone is made differently and what works for one won't work for another. For me, I know I lose better if I exercise. Doesn't seem to matter what I eat. You just have to see what works for you. Try different things and see what consistently makes a difference.

Must have been the weekend for this. I was writing a check in American Eagle and the same thing happened me. Made me smile from ear to ear.

thanks Lanette. I have been trying for a few months and really the only thing for ME that makes any difference is to up my fluids to 100oz a day AND excersize. i'm with you i gotta do that E word

Well its not much but im down 1.5lbs. Happy though as i want to lose as much as possible before surgery.
