Default Disney!

Well we just got back from Disneyworld yesterday. I have to say, I am very very proud of myself. We walked the entire park of the Magic Kingdom once, 1/2 the park the next day and Epcot 2 days, we walked the entire park! It felt wonderful. 4 months ago, i would never have been able to walk past the entrance. I was able to eat really well and kept up with my fluids for the most part. All in all it was a good time. I was so afraid I would have the embarassment of not being able to fit into the rides, but I fit in just fine.

My kids had a blast and that is who they went for.

Now this next week, I start my new round of chemo, we found out before leaving that my cancer is trying to rear it's ugly head AGAIN. So I start a new round of Taxol on Friday. YUCK! I am keeping positive about it though and hoping for the best.

I added a picture of me and Beans, my 6 yr old daughter to the avatar. I will try and add a few photos of us in Disney to my signature here the next coule of days sometime.

Sounds like you all had a great time..

Good luck with the chemo! My dad has survived two bouts of cancer over the years, both times with chemo and radiation.. once was 16 years ago and most recently was 2 years ago.. you can win this battle.. stay strong!

This will be my 3rd battle with cancer and I am not looking forward to the chemo, but it seems like a way too familiar happening in my life :P

I do alright with the chemo, it is not fun, mind you, but I do okay. I just hate how it affects me, there in turn affects my family. My kids are great abut it though. My 15 yr old is wonderfully patient and helpful. My 6 yr old has been seeing this since she was 2, she knows what it is, nothing slows her down!
