you know you are fat when you tell your 4yr old that soon (after surgery) you"ll be able to play with her for hours and ride bikes and her reply is "yayyyyy mommy, and you'll be able to wear your seatbelt, so you can be safe"

Default Here's One...

You know you're a Fatty Boom Ba Latty when the nurse spends the first 5 minutes of your high blood pressure doctor's appointment looking for the thigh cuff to check your BP....on your arm. Seriously, my arm was as big as an average adult size thigh...really? OMG!!! TGFWLS!!!!

You know when you're fat when you sit on a milk crate and you pinch your butt.

You know you're fat when you prefer those shoes with the velcro straps.

OR: You know you're fat when the shoe laces are tied way to one side of center or the other.

(One of my wow moments this week was realizing my shoelaces are tied right in the middle of each shoe now that I can bend over and get to them!)

You know you are fat when a family member tells you they stopped at resturants and went in more often cause they didn't want me to think they were embrassed to be seen with me.
when your small grandson tells you you are fat.
I like these better.
Now you know you WERE fat when your eldest granddaughter tells you: Nana, I have never been able to wrap my arms around you.( she is 20) I went to IHOP where she was working she had not seen me since Aug 2007. So she then went and told all her friends how proud she was and that I could sit in a booth again.
Or when one of your best friends has not seen you in 10 months and is speechless for 10 minutes or longer before they could speak. After 30 yrs I am finally almost back to my weight when I met her.
