I get decaf ice coffee at starbucks all the time. the only difference is the reg coffee is premade in the fridge so when they add ice the ice does not melt. I order mine packed with ice at it is yummy. They also have the skinny drinks. I get mine decaf, sugar free, with non fat milk. it sounds awful but it is sinfully good

Starbuck's doesn't offer iced coffee in decaf either. But they do have other options, like the decaf iced americano (decaf espresso mixed with ice water). None of their fraps come in decaf. But the light sugar free ones are a nice occassional treat. I don't drink hot coffee, but I do know they have a lot of decaf options there too. And they also have iced passion tea that's decaf.

I always get a decaf SF Caramel Vanilla Light Frapp at Starbucks. I have watched them make it as well so I know its decaf.

I think with any chain type places you will find that each location does things different. It sucks sometimes too....LOL

The guidelines for my surgeon are no caffine or alcohol for 1 year. I will be honest and say that I did pretty well with the alcohol. I didn't have any for about 9 months and then it was just a couple of sips. I really didn't have a full drink until after I passed my 1 year.

Coffee is a different story. I LOVE coffee. I did do decaffe quite a bit. I did do half caffe at both starbucks and mc D's starting after about 4 months. I was back to full caffine on a limited basis around 7 or 8 months and now I"ll do 1 cup first thing in the morning and then generally decaffe iced tea or crystal light most of the day. I will get full caffine from starbucks or even the gas station when I stop there for coffee generally all the time. I just REALLY like coffee and it doesn't matter how hot it is out... coffee is good ANY time!
