Well, had my one-on-one appointment with my surgeon Dr. Ali. He is a real sweet man. I feel real good about him. I will need to start the liquid diet 2 weeks before surgery. Not looking forward to that but I'll do what I have to do.

I go to have my upper GI, chest xray, and bloodwork done on 7/2 and then it is sit and wait!

My stomach was jumping a little this morning before seeing Dr. Ali. I guess it is starting to hit me that it really is going to happen for me.

24 more days, just 24 more days and I will begin my new life and be sitting next to all you on the loser's bench.
