219 yesterday. Down 2 lbs from last week. Had lost to 218 by Sat. but gained a lb (time of month) and now today I'm 220..gained another. I always do this every month and then the 2 lbs usually doesn't just come off all at once. It comes off slower than it came on. Pretty frustrating but that's what my body does.
