Default Why do I feel so Bla?

I don’t know why I am feeling this way!!! I should be on a high… I was told that I would need to lose 10% of my body fat before Oct. Well I have drop 10lbs, All I have to lose now is 20, I should feel great, that is 10 lbs gone.

I have been going to the gym just about every day, and I even started walking, I walked my first mile the other day, without stoping and I was not out of breath. I should feel so proud of myself for doing that I have never done that!!
I am eating less then what I was before, taking my vitamins, and I even started drinking that Opti-fast Hp to help cut back on my calorie intake. And since the weather has been nicer I have been doing more things outside. I mean yesterday day I swam laps for almost an hour.

So why on earth am I feeling so Bla? When I should be feeling good?

Just keep it up. It sounds like you are doing great. Hormones and emotions are all tied in with our weight loss patterns and journey... Keep on keepin' on and you'll start to feel good.

Give yourself a pat on the back.....

10 pounds is a great start, just 6 or 7lbs. a month and you will be there by October. Keep on losing.....Debs
