Well, I am off this am to Cedar Rapids Iowa. I have 4 power plants there (2 different customers) with their turbines under 5-8 feet of turbid flood water. I will be residing in the flood zone for the next several weeks representing our company in relief and recovery from the flood.

This should be interesting - pictures to follow as I have them.

Wave as you pass (swim) through Des Moines! We're starting to recede finally. SirMikey no longer has the 15 mile detour to get through downtown. The bridges finally reopened too. I have family and friends all over Iowa. It's worse than '93 for some areas...and that's bad. My daughter lives in Iowa City and they've cancelled classes since half the University is under water. What a spring!!! Good luck in CR!!! Those folks got hit hard!
