Default An unexpected Wow....

One of my coworkers comments on my waistline!!! I have spent so many years trying to hide my evergrowing waistline that I was kind of awe struck looking around to make sure she was speaking to me. I had on one of those cute little wrap tops that tie around the waist and honestly I had went back and forth about wearing it yesterday, because when I look in the mirror I still see chubby. Just wanted to share this unexpected great feeling from yesterday.

Default Great Job!

Way to go... It is a great feeling and don't forget that you deserve it!

I wonder how long we still see heavy when we look in the mirror.

So exciting for you!

One of these days you'll find yourself not looking to see who they could be talking to and that will be another Wow moment for yourself.
