I use the free version of fit day. To set it up is a bit of a pain, but I am a creature of habit and basically eat 2 or three things for breakfast and 2 or three for lunch. Dinner I change it up a bit, but it is one of a handful usually. Once you eat and add the items, use the recent foods drop down and it makes life so easy.

Ok, so what did you all put in for the serving size for your vitamin? 1 gram?

~M~
LOL I use "1 serving"

I use the Optisource vitamins for bariatric patients and it takes four tables, 2 twice a day so after my first two I put in .50 servings and when I take my second two, I put another .50 servings.
