I am little over 1 month out and have to force myself to eat 2-3 times a day. Sometimes I don't notice and forget to eat. Other days I do notice and its real hunger I will get light headed and feel sick till I eat something and then I feel fine. My biggest problem is more times then not I get to the sick feeling and thats when I know I better eat.
I am hoping to get rid of that feeling soon. Right now its to hard to eat by the clock because we are so busy lately.

And i have to tell myself NOT to eat i am thinking because i'm a stay at home mom and goto school i dont know, personally i'd consider yourself lucky if you have no appetite right now just keep drinking that fluid though
