You'll get there! I just know it! I've heard so many on here say they had it like you do and they are eating normal now. You'll get there! And you have such a great attitude about it.

I've had a decent day today so I'm not ashamed to post what I've eaten. Today I have almost eaten how I should, yesterday, not so much.....

Breakfast - Whey protein shake (1 22g protein scoop; 1 spoonful Greek yogurt, I think about 8 - 10 g protein; 1 cup 1% milk, about 8 g protein, 2 shots espresso and SF Caramel flavoring) No idea on the calories, but around 40 g protein! plus a banana.

Snack - Kashi Dark Chocolate Cherry granola bar (5 g protein) and a 100 calorie pack popcorn crisps.

Lunch - tuna with a little lite mayo and pickles on crackers (18 g protein), a few mixed nuts just to taste, and a SF Jello pudding cup.

I've already had 63 g protein and I still have dinner and probably one more snack to have! Yeah, me! I'm not having a great dinner, grilled italian sausage and baked beans, but it's not horrible either. Then I'll probably have one other snack, maybe some string cheese or popcorn, depends on what I feel like later.

Whenever I get sick from eating it is because I ate to fast. Have you tried eating say a bite of chicken slowly? Just a thought. But I am sure you are taking it off and that is wonderful. Just keep up with the protein and vitamins and liquids and your good to go. You should be the poster child. I mean that I wish I was doing as good as you.

What do you mean "I wish I was doing as good as you." I don't understand.
