Pre-Op Sunday Eating:

Breakfast:
2 breakfast burritos from McDonald's
2 hash browns
Probably a sausage biscuit too.
Lunch:
2 Large bowls of chicken and dumplings.
1 large bowl of ice cream.
Snacks:
Peanut butter crackers
A Snickers bar
I would have picked at stuff all day out of the fridge and cabinets
Dinner:
1 - 1 1/2 cups of Sweet and sour chicken or General Tso's
1 - 1 1/2 cups of House Lo Mein
4-5 fried dumplings
2 egg rolls
1 - 1 1/2 cups of Fried rice
2 or 3 fortune cookies
Before Bed:
Either more ice cream, cookies, or something along those lines.

I'm nauseated now...

Wow, that brings back some horrible memories. What the hell were we thinking? Thanks for the shot of reality, it only fortifies my will to succeed.

I wish I could get into sushi, but just haven't been able to. My two oldest boys just live on it, and when they visit, they're always trying to get me to go out to lunch with them. I guess it's a bad experience I had some thirty years ago where I ate a piece that was from someone's lunch, it was warm, I gagged...you know the rest. I guess I should get over it.

Thanks for reminding me to take my vitamins. If I didn't check in here a several times a day, I don't know what I'd do.

WOW! You guys can really toss back the food, huh?!?!

Just kidding!
I say that out of a touch of jealousy. I'm 3 months out and it's rare that I can eat 'solid' food without getting sick. So keep that in mind ...

9 am. Decaf coffee
10 am. Decaf coffee
11 am. 3 ounces spicy refried beans
1 pm. Protein drink (between swimming laps for 2 hours.)
3 pm. water
5 pm. water
I will be having another protein drink soon and will wrap up my day with more water and a BabyBel cheese before heading to bed.

Julie you have GOT to get your calories in with the way you've been excersizing your going to do some serious harm to yourself unless you pump in more calories
