I get your frustration. The majority of customer service & call centers are now located in India. Imagine my bizarre frustration, when I called a customer service number here in Denmark & got a non-Danish speaking woman.

Here they go up BIG TIME in speaking Danish. I gave this broad a piece of my mind about her not speaking the language. And man, can I EVER be a bitch about that...

We are a country of 5.5 million, so preserving the language here is important. What about those who call these customer service lines and don't speak English? For pete's sake, at least make an effort to find one person who can speak Danish & put them on when they see it's a number from Denmark.
