everytime i fill out the stuff for the "free sample" stuff i NEVER get my samples! i think its a big fake personally because i have yet to recieve my "free stuff" but i'm a sucker and i love the kashi so i'll try it

I signed up for the Kashi sample recently from another website I saw it on. It does come...I got it a couple of days ago. Back in the days when I was allowed to eat (damn this liquid pre-op diet! ), I used to sprinkle this stuff on top on my Fage yogurt.

Take it easy on it though. This stuff is good, but it is LOADED with calories.

Go directly to the Kashi website and sign up for your sample ... otherwise you might get a lot of spam in your box.
Kashi is just about 15 miles from me, so it took only about a week for mine to arrive. Really yummy.
