Until you get something else, you could take a protein bullet and mix it with a big glass of the same flavored crystal light. I took an Orange pineapple bullet and mixed half with 8oz of the orange pineapple crystal light and couldn't even taste the protein. You could do that with the fruit punch bullet also. Mix it with the fruit punch crystal light. Good luck!

Yes, it's great. It might be too strong though for you post-op people though.

Thanks for the "diet" info....sorry your doc has such restrictions.....not a single pre-op diet for me...just no heavy food the night before (don't want to be puking on the surgeon)

Still don't get why no milk....if you can have protein shakes, then you're not on a clear liquid diet (anything you can see through).....everything else listed makes it seem like they want you on clear liquids only...

even with protein shakes, you'll still feel weak and tired by the time you're done with the pre-op

Good luck with whatever you do.....

Wink

The vials aren't that bad. I used them for a while. They got to be too think tasting after a while. I love Unjury. Welcome to the UNJURY Homepage

I drink it every morning.
1 scoop Choc. Unjury or Vanilla
1 scoop SF cappuccino mix.
3 pumps SF Starbucks Mocha. (yes I bought the damn bottle!)
8oz hot water.

I mix it in my bullet, and drink. It is really good, and honestly I can not taste the "protein powder" taste that we all hate.

I hope that helps. It may not now, but keep it in mind post op.

YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

Good Luck on your pre-op diet, it is not easy but well worth it.
