5DPT - Round Two
Anybody up for another 5 day pouch test next week?
I did great with the last round, but the carbs are creeping up again. I think I need another dose! Sure, its just wheat bread and wheat crackers, but I can definitely tell a difference in the rate of weight loss and how I feel! Also, sugar free candy is awesome, and I need it not to be. It's still high in fat and sugar alcohols!
Check out the site if you haven't already: 5daypouchtest.com
See what you think, and then hop aboard the loser train with me!
-Mike

Im gonna do it!
Lately nothing has been appetizing and on a whim today I decided to gravitate back to basics and have a soy milk protein shake. I forgot how good that tastes.

I'll have to think on this one a bit. I may jump on board too. I noticed that a couple pounds crept back on after I finished the last time. I was down to 153 but now am back up to the 155-156 mark. I may do a bit of a modified version of it though...liquids breakfast/lunch and protein only for supper.

Me too Cin! I had never liked how it tasted post op. It was like, metallic-y tasting to me. My parents brought me a case of it when I was in the hosp with Brandon so I decided to try it. I just finished the last one today.
Must have more.

When is this going to take place? I very much need to do it, and would love to do it with support. (and watch me be so very brave when y'all ride my flat ass with yer tough love n stuff!)
I'll look it up and scribe it by hand (my printer broke, I have no bucks, so I'm makin' like a monk till the universe puts one in my path!) and give it my best shot. Is everyone starting on Monday? Monday-Friday? Can I play too? *pants like a dog, giving five, wagging tail, giving my best lab retriever imitation*......
......If not, it's okay.
