I'm in. Went to Myrtle Beach Spring Bike Rally last week. Did not do well. Vacations are fun but sure make staying on track hard.

Default I'm in

Hi Mike,

I'm in and actually started yesterday (Saturday) so I'm on day 2 today.

So far, I've found it 'easy' because I can't get to the kitchen and am just 'ordering' soups from my daughters, along with sf jello, pudding, and iced tea. It's kind of good being immobile at this point in time. I'll start on day 3 (soft protein) tomorrow but won't be able to weigh myself til I'm back on my feet. I am very much hoping though that this will counter the fact that I'm sitting around doing no exercise while recuperating.

I'm here to offer support to all and hope everyone does very well on this 5 day pouch test!

PS I'll be calling you soon - getting a new phone service in next Friday and it includes all long distance in Canada and to the US too.

Hugs,
Kimberly

Excellent!

I can only imagine what it would be like to be waited on. I don't get those services here!
