I think we'll start Monday? That's what I was planning.

As for writing it out, you probably won't have to, Donna, it's pretty simple. Very Basic! (That's what I like about it!)

Oh, and I got your PM--I'm so glad you got the CD--listen to "Ireland"--I just love that song!

Take care,

Mike

I requested to be allowed to join the san diego freecyclers, and had to write a freakin statement about what I would bring to the group and that I would abide by the guidelines. (!!!) I did it, but am still waiting for the san diego moderator to 'approve' me.

I'm sorry but that just further accentuated my view as most people in California as being way too earthy crunchy and hippy. LMFAO

SOrry, they haven't approved you yet though. Send them an email?

I'm hippy and nowhere near California. Right now, my hips have slid down and are vacationing beside my knees. As for earthy or crunchy--I'll let Liz post about that the next time she has a nibble. (And don't be dirty, Duckie, I mean my ear.)

Donna, the Freecycle here in Buffalo is a moderated one too. It took a couple of days before I was "IN." For the bigger cities, there are multiple moderators and usually just one or two are solely in charge of new folks. It's just a game of when that particular moderator logs on. It'll happen soon! Then, you get rid of any stuff you have and also get a new printer or practically anything else. (They're always getting rids of ferrets and parrots too for some reason--at least in Buffalo!)

Default I'm joining in

I'm going to use this to detox from coffee and sugar too. Damn devil sneaks back into my life whenever the stress distracts me. sigh.

I may start tomorrow though. Maybe I'll make mine a 7 day?? Oh no - I'm eating on Friday - but that will be fine.

Big plans...

I will have to catch you next round. With being sick, I need all the food I can get. I have started the protein shakes again, and I have started to lose again. They are the key! GL to all!

Count me in...had a really bad day. ate a whole buncha crap I shouldn't have and felt the most out of control in forever. Every time I thing I've slayed my demons, they resurrect themslves and remind me who I am. I'm afraid to face the scale in the morning. Pumpkin sausage soup, here I come.

Okay, I'm ready to go...with small hitch--

We're meeting Doug (Thumper) tomorrow night. He's in town and we're going to Red Lobster.

I'm still going to do liquids all day tomorrow and Tuesday, but I'm taking a crab legs break tomorrow night--all protein though!

Otherwise, I'm sticking to the program. I'll post in the morning as I get started for those that want to be on the train!

Good luck, and have a great week!
