Default McDonalds Free Chicken Sandwich Today

So, how many of you got your free chicken sandwich? I just saw a commercial for it and I thought to myself.... hmmm... I wonder how many people took advantage of that. Just for the record, I didn't get one....but the night is young. **insert evil grin**

Don't bother...they are NASTY! It's a cheeseburger bun, with pickles and a piece of chicken...THAT'S IT! Totally Gross, much like the rest of their menu. Did I mention I don't like McD's?

C'mon Cindy ... we've all read many of your posts and can see you're doing wonderful with your weight loss. It's the 'Old Timers' like you and Duckie that keep us in check, and many of us 'Newbies' have come to depend on that.

Just admit it ... c'mon ... admit it!
... You're not perfect either, are you?!

it doesnt matter if your 2 years out or 2 months out, nobody should be eating this kind of junk food.

I'm not sabotaging myself in my honeymoon period but the darn surgery is sabatoging me. I do the right things and still cant catch the loosing bug i'm afraid the perverbial honeymoon period is different for everyone but i dont believe one should EVER pick up old bad habbits again even if they are 1 or 20 years out
