Hi everyone,
I have a directory up on our WLS Support site, and if you have a free moment at some point, it'd be a huge help if you could add your doctor and/or hospital.

Weight Loss Surgery Directory

All you need to do is click "Add Entry" and type in his or her information (don't worry about things like meta tags or keywords) and click "submit".

This will help others in the future to find a qualified surgeon.

I tried to add my doc but I'm not understanding all of the fields that are being asked for. By title I'm assuming it means Dr. but there's no place for the doctor's name or the name of the practice. The fields should be Title, First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name, Practice Name, and then all the address info. Please give us a little more info on how to put in this info! Thanks!
