Default A teensy bit frustrated

My surgeon told me he wanted a letter and a phone call for the psychological clearance... Soooooo, I got him a letter clearing me for surgery, and a phone call that lasted about ten minutes (I was present for the phone call). Now they are telling me that is not enough and that they want a "profile" with a "conclusion." I told them I would get that for them. They said that is what they usually get, so I'm only a little flustered. I think the doc should have told me what he wanted so that I could provide that for him the first time. I was hoping to be scheduled sometime in June, but it's looking like that is out of the question now. I will be out of town for the last three weeks in May, so I won't be able to get him that until probably the beginning of June. Oh well. I am a patient person, as a rule, so I will just have to be patient and wait this out. I was hoping not to have to deal with surgery/recovery during the hottest months of the year. lol Oh well.

That's right stay positive and shrug the sholders as it is not within your control. Frankly your attitude seems great about having this minor delay and the fact that you weren't given the entire peice of information that would have allowed you to have the surgery when you had hoped, well shame on him. But I guess its fare to say that Dr.'s are human beings too.
