Very excited for you Karen.. I went and read the thread of your journey.. looking at the dates I thought Wow.. they sure put poor Karen through the wringer.. but you've remained positive and upbeat throughout.. that ability to stay positive will stand you in good steed throughout your journey to a new healthier you! I can't wait to see the progress you'll be making..

Thanks everyone. I'm hating life at the moment - drank my MagCit a couple of hours ago. The nerves are starting to hit, but my kids and hubby keep telling me that I'm doing the right thing.
