Question Here i go again... hunting for your vacation suggestions...

I want to take my kids on vacation this July. (I didn't get to take them last year like I wanted to.) They are boys, ages 18 & 15. We all have our passports.

I'd like to choose a tropical, beachy, all-inclusive resort. Has anyone been somewhere wonderful they would recommend? I would love to take them to a fun and relaxing place where they could each choose an excursion that sounds fun to them, like swimming with dolphins, zipping through the jungle, mini speed boats to snorkle, etc.

I'm looking for the location and the name of the resort (if you have it).

Check out the Gran Cayman Islands(sp?), I have friends who have told be there are dolphins and wet bikes and all inclusive hotels on nice sunny beaches.

Traci - The absolute best bang for the buck is Mexico. Find one there. Mexico is awesome and fun.

I most highly recommend Tuscany in Italy, but not an all inclusive. I would do Tuscany yearly if I could.

What about the Florida Keys? The boys can fish out the back door and you can lay on the beach or by the pool. There are several places that you can go and ride on kayaks or canoes.....and other stuff too.

Did you consider a cruise? That way you can go to lots of different places, plus the boys can choose some fun excursions.

We just got back from Sandals Inn in Montego Bay in Jamaica. It was great, although the food wasn't all that wonderful . Of course, since my life is no longer revolving around food, it didn't matter as much to me as it did to my hunny.

That being said, Sandals is couples only. They do have sister resorts called Beaches, however. We plan on returning to the Caribbean as soon as we can, and have heard the the Dominican Republic is a nice spot, supposedly the "biggest bang for your buck" in the islands. If you have a Costco membership, check out Costco.com and select the travel option. They seem to have some really great deals on all-inclusives...

Good luck with your search and let us know what you choose...Ill be watching closely, as I plan on booking something myslef soon.

I would suggest a cruise. They are all-inclusive, give you the chance to visit several ports, and lets everyone do what they want! I have been on three and they have all been awesome! Well, except one but that was because we didn't care for the ship or the cruise line itself, but we still had fun.

Also, Sam's Club has the same thing as costco. We booked one of our cruisesthrough them and got a really good deal. Good luck on finding something for your boys, and you, to enjoy!

My hubby and I went on our honeymoon in Ocho rios Jamaica. Loved it! its all inclusive resort called the riu. Beautiful! it was right next to sandals and sandals looked ghe-tto! So I wouldn't ever stay at a sandals now. We went to dolphin cove and got to swim with dolphins and stuff. It was absolutely awesome. incredible
