Default Direct Deposited today
The first checks were direct deposited today. They are coming about one week sooner than first expected.

I am going to Vegas in July, so part of mine will be for that. The rest will go into Haileys college fund. Keeping fingers crossed that mine will grow lots of interest while in Vegas.

Has anyone seen their money direct deposited yet??? Just wondering...I keep checking the account but no luck here yet. I don't know why I care since it is going in savings......

What's funny is that my stimulous check, while designed to boost the US economy, is going to help boost the Canadian economy...teeheehee

Saving mine as emergency money, just in case I'm out of work longer after surgery.. Last year I received $700 bonus from my job, and I landed in the hospital that same week.... Thank GOD I had that extra bit of money laying around for bills...

I checked also, because I leave for Vegas on Friday and wouldn't mind taking some with me there. No not to gamble to shop! I think they might go by the last two digits of you SS#. That's how they were going to do the checks so maybe the DD is the same.

Yeah, they are going by the last 2 digits in the SS...but I am supposed to be in the first batch... oh well.

I thought they were going by the first 2....if so, I'm 25 rather than 80....but nothing yet. Normally my bank puts a message for me 24 hours before new direct deposits become available. I just checked and there's nothing there. I hope it comes soon...money is short and formula is needed.
