Working it here in NY!
Starting weight: 256 This morning, I've already had 24 oz of coffee with skim milk. I had a small glass of 1% milk for breakfast and a protein shake mid-morning. For lunch, I just had a sugar free vanilla pudding cup. I'll have another protein shake this afternoon and keep up with other fluids. I should get in close to 80g of protein today. I'm thinking tomato soup for dinner... Also...I'd love to have some cheese...and I've only been doing this 5 hours. I'll stay strong, but I have cheese brain today. -Mike

I read on the 5DPT forum that yogurt was a no go due to the carbs/sugar content vs. the low protein. But ya gotta do what ya gotta do! I am shooting for 70 grams of protein.
