i started sunday as i the thought of starting monday was playing in my mind -you know the voice that says you'd better eat this and that before you start - so to kick those voices in the butt - i started sunday or i may have gained more before i started

i hope it is okay to still post here and i will post what i had yesterday as day one and today so far as day two:

Day One: started Sunday April 27
Start weight: 125
Food: Instant Carnation Breakfast
Cal - 150
Fat - 5.4g
Protein - 12g

throughout the day:
2 cups cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cream of tomato soup
2 s/f, non-fat, decaf vanilla latte

Day Two: Monday April 28

Food: Instant Carnation Breakfast
Cal - 150
Fat - 5.4g
Protein - 12g

thanks everyone and good luck! remember the orange trick if you go through carb withdrawl (most likely on day two) if you feel faint, eat an orange or some of an orange anyway, that should do the trick.

Working it here in NY!

Starting weight: 256

This morning, I've already had 24 oz of coffee with skim milk. I had a small glass of 1% milk for breakfast and a protein shake mid-morning. For lunch, I just had a sugar free vanilla pudding cup. I'll have another protein shake this afternoon and keep up with other fluids. I should get in close to 80g of protein today. I'm thinking tomato soup for dinner...

Also...I'd love to have some cheese...and I've only been doing this 5 hours. I'll stay strong, but I have cheese brain today.

Got on my exercise equipment this morning. Didn't do a lot - back is hurtting pretty bad since Saturday.

Promise to myself to work harder at not snacking.

I know I'm not going to get enough protien today and tomorrow, how much are we supposed to get everyday?

Sharon
Hi Sharon!

I read on the 5DPT forum that yogurt was a no go due to the carbs/sugar content vs. the low protein. But ya gotta do what ya gotta do!

I am shooting for 70 grams of protein.
