Beth:

Best of luck today. I'm sure everything will be fine! Nice that he can do it in the office and then you can go home after. I will be thinking of you today. Let us know when you're home and that everything went fine and that you're o.k.

Default I'm in!

I have tried this 2x before and failed misserably. I wanna join in the fun so here I go. Got all the stuff. I am gonna make the ham and cheese soup maybe that will help to keep me from failing.
Start wt:184
Making me a orange (sorta) protein shake for breakfast
210 cals 27grms of protein
coffee with instant milk
water, water, water
here I go
This will be much easier if I can use this forum to keep me honest, I admire you all.
Beth, prayers are with ya. Let us know when you get home.
Lori

Good luck with the soup... I made it last night and it turned out DISGUSTING. The recipe said you could substitute grated cheddar for the velveeta...don't do it! The cheese did not melt right and was at the bottom of the pot. The Deviled Ham is cat food consistency and the tofu...ugh...I won't even go there! The split pea soup turned out Yummy!!

Me too with the cravings and I did the exact same thing... SF Jello and then nite nite a little while later. I woke up to pee once and I NEVER wake up to pee, so I was surprised by that.... but I was having those pee dreams where you know you have to go in your dream and then you wake up and think that you did.

I have a quick question: How far out should you be before doing the 5 day pouch test? I am by no means ready to do it but would like to know for future reference.

I guess that is a personal decision, but I wouldn't have done it until at least a year out since I was still losing a good amount per month until that point.
