OK...I'm officially in! You guys are way more creative than I am with the menu, though!

Starting weight this morning was 250.5 pounds.

So far, I have had two protein shakes (breakfast and lunch), a lot of water, and some chicken broth for dinner.

Made it to the gym after work too. Yay!

I am looking at a sugar free pudding cup and a sugar free Jello cup for snacks tonight.

Day 1 is winding down. I'm looking forward to seeing my results after the five days!

Okay.... do not read on if you are eating....

I am making the Ham & Cheese soup right now and it is making my stomach churn. First off, I have never used or seen Deviled Ham before...that stuff looks like my new kitty's kitten food... secondly, tofu... I have never had it, but cutting it up and putting it in the pot was nasty...and third the soup looks like vomit in the pot. I HOPE this stuff tastes amazing for the cost of it and the yuckiness of preparing it! If not, down the drain with it and back over to the split pea soup.

I've been making an ice coffee, using the hazelnut flavored creamer... wish I could find something lower in fat *and* sugar.
I make my "coffee" with 2.5 cups of non-fat milk (the protein), instant coffee, sugar free vanilla syrup and splenda. YUMMY!! It is more like flavored milk then coffee.

It's Nationwide Dutch Oven night!

I've been making music all day...and I'm sure the symphony will carry over to the wee hours of the morning.

On nights like these, do all of you lift the blanket and wave it like a fan, or is it just me?

Night, Night, Y'all--the cheeseman must go to bed, else he'll find a reason to cheat!

Kel, I didn't make it myself. I bought it. So sorry, can't help you with that one.
