Default Really good day!

Today was one of those days that while nothing extraordinary happened, it just a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable day... had a leisurely breakfast while reading & posting to TT..

Was such a lovely day here in MA and I thought it was a good day to clear off the deck of this little house I'm renting.. maybe get some flowers... went off and got some pansies and violas to put out there to enjoy..

After planting I sat and watched the swan, ducks and geese swimming around while I was surfing the net.. I think one of the swans must be nesting as I've only seen one of them since last Thursday. I hope that's all it is!

I managed to get a pic of the swan when he finally came right up to the basement door of my house. LOL...

The pictures left to right.. my little nook on the deck, then the view from my dining-room table this AM while enjoying BF, and third was the swan at the door, lol.

The only thing that would've made today better would've been my honey, G. being here to share the lovely day. Counting the days for that one!

To make this WL related.. I can't tell you how much joy I felt today while standing doing things like dish washing and grocery shopping. Four months ago, I hobbled around with a crutch due to knee pain so terrible.. and now I move without a struggle.. I feel so much better, and more energetic.. Just love this new life of mine!

This view IS very relaxing, and I'm sooo lucky to have it even just for the few months I've been lucky enough to live here.. my landlords are selling the place and have asked me to prepare to move before I'm ready, unfortunately.

BUT I plan on making the most of the little time I have left here

And Deborah, you think that swan was relaxing, you should've seen me run back & forth through my house trying to get a shot of him from either side.. the few pics I did get took me all afternoon

What I didn't realize was that I needed to make noise.. it is so used to people tossing food to him, that once I made noise and let him know I was there, he finally swam close enough to snap a pic with my old cell phone camera.

Kel,
Love your sharing about having a great day, nothing inparticular happened it is just part of the new life that is coming forward for you. So much to be greatful for isn't there.
I like the part of your story about buying some spring flowers to put in and watching the Swan, I'll bet you are right about the nesting going on, as it is the time of year.
Hoping that you continue having many many great days.
