Default Gosh! You gotta love Michigan!

Well guys and gals, last Saturday I posted a pic of the lovely 2 inches of snow we got here in northern Michigan. There were warm wishes from Beth and all. Well it worked. Thank you. Yesterday it was 79 and 80 today! Wow what a difference a week can make. Hung three loads of laundry on the line and started the yard work. Yick! Hopefully we won't have too many more cold nights and I can finally quit burning wood. Sure was nice to be able to open doors and windows again! The ice has left most of the lakes now so were getting anxious to take the boat out, do some fishing and maybe start doing some camping in a few weeks. I finally feel like spring is actually here. Jerry and I were married 2 years ago April 29th and we actually had our reception in the yard with a barbacue. I know we're a couple of rednecks, but it was small and just a few friends and it was nice. Last year it was cold and nasty. Looks like it might turn out to be pretty pleasant this year again. Last year Jerry was coming over to pick me up from the hospital on our anniversary after my revision, and I and to beg the doctor to let me go home, he wanted me to stay another day. I'd been in since Wednesday and not only was it our anniversary, I just so wanted my own bed. Wow, so this Friday will be a year since the revision. Doing good for the most part. Gained a couple pounds over the winter but I suppose that's normal. Should come off fairly quickly now that I can walk and ride my bike again plus all the stuff in the yard will keep me busy too. Anyway, just wanted to give an update on the weather up here. Hope everyone who was in the 80's and 90's last weekend didn't get too warm today. Hope everyone is doing well this evening and hoping you have a great day tomorrow!

Sharon
