I havent posted for awhile because my wife and myself had a baby girl on 3/27. But I had my 1st WOW moment on 4/14/08. I weighed in and discovered I weigh 315....down from 407 (i had surgery on 2/11/08) thats a total of 92 lbs in 9 weeks....holy crap!
I wanted to say I love to read everyone's success stories and I am so proud of myself to have a story to share! My goal is to weigh between 225 and 250 ( I'm 6'5). It feels good to have my "skinny guy" clothes too big for me lol

Well first off Congrats to you and the wife on the new baby. Man the weight is just dropping off of you. Do you have before pics? I would love to see the change so far. Great work.

Thanks for all your support, to be honest I was looking for a pat on the back and an "atta boy". This process is alot more difficult than I had pictured but the results are awesome. I do have to say puking sucks and learning how and what to eat all over again has been tough ...all your support has been great thank you all
