I weighed in today - altho Tuesday is my routine... I'm down 4.6 pounds since last week... making my total 33.7
(Tomorrow is my 10 week mark)
I was deeeee-lighted and tickled to see the scale move that much in 6 days!

I hear you Jim, you are doing great and you are a inspiration to so many out here. I try to catch as many of your posts a possible.
I too have just recently said good-bye to that nasty 300 mark. I NEVER want to see that again. I feel so much healthier already I can almost not image what it will be like to have 200 off let along get under 200 pounds.
This has truly been the best decision I've made in my entire life, one that for once is for me!
Keep up the great work and keep on writing... so many questions that I've had I almost always find the answers in your post.
