Your wish is granted, but you now live in the rough backs streets in Brooklyn, NY where everyone's yard but yours has a gang sitting in it.

I wish I had a job where I could play World of Warcraft all day!

Your wish is granted, but you work for a non-profit company, and get no pay.

I wish I had someone to pack me a healthy, tasty lunch everyday for my work lunch.

Your wish is granted, but it's sent in a lockbox, and you don't have the combination.

I wish that I could afford the boob job I so desperately need.

Goal! I did it!
105 pounds gone since my RNY
119 total pounds gone forever!
I finally have a "normal" BMI
Reached my first goal of 145...and setting a new one of 135.
Reached 135 and have decided to lose another five if I can.

I'm in the 130's for the first time since puberty!

Your wish is granted but the surgeon was partially deaf. Instead of hearing that you wanted double DD's he thought you said double GG's!

I wish I could find a hobby that excites me every day...

Your wish is granted, but the doctor gets confused and gives you a set of LLL's, with inverted nipples.

I wish I wouldn't lose any hair after I have surgery.

Your wish has been granted, however your new hobbie is illegal in 32 countries ,including your own.

I wish I could take six months off and travel.

You get your wish but you're traveling picking up trash along the interstates with a Texas chain gang.

I wish my Cubs would win the World Series this year!

You get your wish.. but the protein supplements cause you to get "Hairy Back Syndrome"..

I wish I were at least 4 inches taller than I am now...

Bill, sure your wish has been granted, however the Championship they won was for "The World Series Circus ",featuring the amazing dancing Cubs.

I wish my son would remember to do his chores.

You get your wish but in keeping up with all his chores he has no time to do his homework, flunking his SAT's and loses his academic scholarship you have been praying for. Now you have to pay for college!

I wish that I could pursue my dream of opening a small restaurant/catering business and making it big like Paula Deen!
