Default Hard to move on

Hello Guys,

I am doing alright. I've found my pouch is pissy sometimes, which has been really tough. I am trying to move on with new foods, but my pouch seems to not like spicy foods. The other day I ate 2 hot wings, and was vomiting for an hour. Eggs with salsa, I vomited. Now I am scared to try anything spicy, which is hard because I love spicy foods. However peaches and cottage cheese is my old stand-by. I love that to. I went to the store and was looking for unsweetened cereal. My best I could find was grape-nuts. Which is good for me cause I just add some splenda and some 2% milk and nuke it for 30 seconds. Yummy............ Then I found rice chex, and Cherrios all low in sugar. One gal told me about my Tacos crisis, she said to put salsa, cottage cheese and a spoonful of taco meat. I did and it tasted just like a taco. It has helped me through that dinner. It's been hard for me to add new foods, but I try. Well guess I should go, I am down to 292 from 332 in one month. Praise God!!!!!!!!! Bye alll...................

Default It's hard to say becasue....

I'm nto really sure how far out you are.

I know that salsa/spicey anything was a no-no for me for at least 8 months..maybe even longer. Eggs can still be a headache..or bellyache as the case may be.... 18 months out.

Stick to soft foods for now...no chips that took longer than the eggs and salsa!

Sucks huh girl!!!! Been there, done that. Don't try tamales either. Got stuck this weekend like a SOB. Couldn't eat a dang thing yesterday because of it. Damn Masa!!!! Only took 3 bites and paid for it for 2 days now. Even water is gurgling. I know it will pass, just hurts like hell. Take it easy. Remember eat real slow.
