Default Made My 1st Goal!!!

Well, I have finally made it to my 1st goal. I am now 285 lbs. This is 1lb less than when I met my husband and got pregnant. It has been 14 years. I never thought I would see this number again. I am so happy, after all this time I am losing. I am a slow loser and I am coming to terms with that, but at least I am losing and not gaining. I actually hit this goal yesterday, but since it was such a bad day, wasn't able to think about it. But today, new day and new goals. Next goal, 257 lbs, to make it 100 lbs lost.

Slow and steady can win this weight-loss race! Great job! And I too agree that little mini goals are good to set...so now I need to think of a few more for myself!

Have a fantastic weekend!!
