Cool Duckie, that passport may come in handy for other fun vacations too. I remember getting my passport back in 2003, it was like having a key to the world, I have stopped traveling since.

Yay Duckie, how fun!! I agree, having a passport feels like having a key to the world. I'm like Kel in that I am not sure right now where my passport IS. Somewhere in my last move I shoved it in my papers...hmmm...

A passport is not REQUIRED for this trip, although it is always better, when you are in port in another country, to have one. So don't let not having your passport keep you from this cruise.

It's time to BUY CLOTHES for it!!!! The sales are great now, and I am buying up what I need.

I wear pants most of the time, so I am taking jeans style pants in different colors, and capris. Cute tops, nothing fancy, but cute. THREE bathing suits (they don't dry well in staterooms, and you will want to hit the hot tubs more than once a day - yeah yeah I know that you probably have the excess skin hanging that I have, but so what!!). Sunscreen (MAJOR important). One dressy evening, but I am wearing a cute pants outfit for that, maybe a bit dressier than the other pants outfits.

And I have edited the first post of this thread about the hotel Paul (Pebitpeb) found in Miami Beach that I do think, given price and location and amenities, would be wonderful. The link is there for you to look at it and make your own decisions about it. It is NOT imperative that we all stay at the same hotel in Miami (Corrine and I will be going several days before the cruise and others have indicated an interest in doing that). So this info is optional for you.

I will be ordering sun visors soon. I have to look into pricing. Because time is minimal for me, I am going to ask someone else to volunteer to do the t-shirts, if they are desired on this trip.

So looking forward to this amazing cruise/trip with people I just adore! It's my fantasy that will become my reality!!!
