The problems are:
1. I've been out of work for 3 months and the deposit is due soon.
2. I have twelve of 36 hours covered. I will speak with coworkers to cover the other two days.

I will do this as fast as I can. The having to put the deposit down NOW is what is the major problem for me. I'll do what I can hon.

We're still "in negotiations"...so, you can't add us to the list - but hopefully the ship won't fill up before we can figure it out!

Hi Cruisers,
I belong to another forum here in Italy that is similar to Thinner Times and we have mentioned the CRUISE and some have expressed interest in coming along. This would be fun and a great way to make some Italian connection. Most speak some English and is an opportunity to use some of your Italiano lingua I have been sending out.
Bernardo and I made our deposit and hope to see others on the list too.
I am hoping to get to meet the faces behind the great words of support, humor and compassion this December.
Ci sentiamo presto tutti. (We will talk soon everyone.)
Ciao Ciao

Paul, I have encouraged you, via email, to invite your Italian friends. We all have that common denominator, and that is what connects us!!

Michelle, how about emailing me when you think you can do the deposit. Have you selected a roommate?

The people who are definite (deposits in) are listed at the top of the first post of this thread, and that list will be growing exponentially. We can't book rooms without the deposit. And we need 8 rooms to make this group.

You can individually select whether you want inside, ocean view or balcony cabins. That selection occurs when you put up your deposit. Altogether, including all types of rooms, we need 8 rooms.

Nyn will be my roommate Claire! My deposit is due to finding coverage for work, I have the money.
I'm working on it but just wanted to know if we had an actual date due.

April 24th is the deadline, unless I beg and plead. Michelle, you and Nyn can call Donald (the cruise rep, contact info on first post) and each give your cc info and contact info, etc. And he will put you together in one room (you have to decide which kind you want (inside, ocean view, balcony). Corrine and I coordinated our calls to the cruise rep, and he put us together in his system.

Just stay with me, Michelle, and I'll make it work for you.

I know Omaha Jim and his SWMBO, Sandy, will be putting up there deposit any time now, too. There are more, of course.
