San Diego Support - When?
OK, I know we have a couple of ongoing support groups in the San Diego area - but for the life of me I can't remember when they meet.
Can someone please tell me? It is definitely time for me to start getting into the support groups - I will be going to Balboa's Tuesday night - I'm anxious to meet everyone here too!

T-T is in San Diego now... I'm hoping he can attend some of the groups to get to meet the most people he can while there!

Sunday Support
We have a support group every Sunday at 10:30am.
We meet at the Visitors Center at Mission Trails.
Today was a beautiful day for a nice hike.
We are meeting next week at 10am.
Come join us!!!

LOL Dave, support and walk, huh? Best of both worlds. I have been walking in the evenings and my hubby and I took our bikes to Lake Miramar yesterday and rode there, so I will definitely have to try coming with y'all...

Karen,
There are 2 regular monthly meetings for support. The North County meeting is the 2nd Tuesday of the month at Rain's (RainRain) at I believe 7:30 (or maybe 7:00--I'm sure someone will correct me), and there is a Central San Diego support group on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at my house by SDSU. We start that group at 6:30 and make it a potluck so people don't have to decide between support and dinner at a reasonable hour. Most people are really good about bringing a healthy dish to share. PM me for more info on the Central SD group, or RainRain for the North County group. Hope to see you at one of them some time soon!
