Default It's been awhile

Sorry i haven't been keeping up on this site and all of the regulars. Life has been extremely hectic. My little one is turning one and trust me she is a handful. I wouldn't change a thing, but I could use some more energy.

I finally got everything together and completed. I was submitted for insurance approval two weeks ago. I am nervously waiting right now.

I can't believe how long it has been...toony is 6 weeks out already...Congrats. Everyones pics look great. Hopefully I will be able to make the time to come on this site that has helped me so much.

I will let you know more about my surgery when I find more out. Good luck to everyone on this journey.

Default Problems Problems Problems!!!!!

I finally got a letter from the insurance company. I was SOOOO excited when opening it. The excitement ended there. They cannot review the request due to missing information. Apparently the surgeons office didn't have my weights for 2005 and 2006. They should have had them as of late december sometime, and they were really easy to get, but no one let me know that they were missing.

So now instead of waiting a maximum of like 3 more weeks for an answer, I have up until six weeks to wait. I started this process in late July...haven't I waited long enough. I guess three extra weeks isn't the end of the world, but it is frustrating.

Hope everyone is doing well. I hope to log on a but more then I have recently, I miss reading about everyones successes.

Welcome back Bonnie - sorry for this bump in the road. Is there any way your doc office can fax the requested info over to their contact? They have already reviewed your file and only need this info - seems like 6 more weeks is a long wait for this little detail. i would keep on them - be the squeeky wheel, you know?

(hugs) I wish you the best of luck - please keep us posted....

Six weeks is what I was told the max will be. The insurance rep at the surgeons office said she will get it to BC/BS as soon as possible. I guess I will start bugging the insurance company now.

I have been learning so much the past 8 months...I am ready to move on.

Talk to everyone soon!
