Default I am Home!

I did not think I was going to make it home yesterday. The gas is killing me. I wish there was a wonder pill for it. I am doing my walking and taking all me meds. They expect me to drink three things of Opti-Fast, impossible. I think I will be lucky to get one down a day. I am so sleepy, but sleep is the best way to heal fast.

I will post agin in a few days to give you all an update.

Welcome home from the hospital. I promise the gas does get easier. For me the walking helped with it tremendously. Rest and sip. Congrats on the start of your journey.

Welcome home and to the LOOSING side. As hard as it may be at first, walk as much as you can, even if it's just up and down the hallway of your home. It really helps get that gas out of there. Congratulations on a successful surgery and start of your downhill (weight wise) spiral.

Isn't it great to be in your own home?! No nurses prodding you, no phlebotomists poking you....no beeping of all the equipment? It was heaven to be home!

That said, welcome home my loser friend. It gets better each day, listen to your body...sleep when if can, walk even if you don't feel like it, and sip, sip, sip till you can't sip no more!

Post in a few days and let us know how you're doing!

Cathy
