Default College student in the fall

One of the benefits of my job is that I can take 2 college classes per semester free and my department typically pays for the books.

Today I enrolled back in college to finish my degree in Business Information Technology.

I have made so many changes in my life to be a good role model to my children. Losing weight and making healthy eating habits being one.

College I feel is just as important. Instilling a strong academic core for my kids is a huge gift that I can give them. I hope that they will look up to me and see how important an education is.

AHHH, we are finally growing up!!!! Congrats on the big step of getting back into the college swing of things. That is awesome you can take them for free. I think all of the kids notices the small changes you are making. In todays world kids need positive role models and I think you are someone they will definitely look up to. Congrats again.

Good for you! I was an enrichment student (taking college classes while still in high school) last year at our college, and one of my friends there was a mom who was finishing up her college so that she was setting a good example for her son who is the same age is me. I think it's a great thing. A plus there is the freeness of it! My high school payed for everything since it was enrichment, so I took full advantage of that! Good luck!
